A & A Technical Repair Inc

As a female from out of state, I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences with auto shops. A & A was incredible from the second I called. The work they did plus the clear communication and flexibility working with my schedule makes them hands down the best in the Deer Lodge/Anaconda/Butte area.

Best Experience i have eve had. They went well above and beyond to get my car back as quickly as they could. Melissa spent more time than she needed todealing with my warrenty company and got as much as she could out of them even tho they were very hard to deal with. I highly recommend them. And will for sure go back for all my repair needs.

My truck was overheating so on a recommendation I stopped in. John (the owner) was very helpful and took a look at it right away and got me taken care of and back on the road in no time. John and his daughter do a great job and I will gladly go back whenever I need my vehicles repaired. They are honest people and care about their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Talk about great customer service and compassion. I locked my keys in my Jeep while at Discovery on one of the busiest days of the season for them due to icy road conditions. My new AAA account was not available due to the 48 hr new policy period that AAA has and so they were willing to give me an estimate that was within my means. Very friendly and personalized customer service. Quick response time. Timely arrival and service updates and an eagerness to provide quality service. These are all the professional qualities that encourage me to use their services in the future should I ever need them again. Thank you so much for all of your help!! -Bry

Honest. Fair. Thorough. Quality. That pretty much sums up my experience here! Took my minivan here to get the engine replaced. John and Melissa were extremely helpful and thorough in finding a quality used engine replacement and did an excellent job installing the engine and the supplementary parts. My van runs smoothly. They also maintained good communication with me throughout the process. I am happy and impressed with the work, the price, and the service!
